The software described, know as "PIM", can access data not only sourced from CPM Research's Sales & Leasing Monitor, it can also access the Valuer Generals Sales Data, EAC multilist results and the NSW Realty Auctioneer. These data sources can be searched together or separately, and be displayed side-by side within the one system.
