Need the most complete database of property sales and leasing transactions available?
There are many different sources of property transaction data - both government and private sector. PIM is the only software that can bring them all together - residential & commercial. The most comprehensive database of property activity available, this is why we call PIM "the property data warehouse". An easy to load demonstration CD is available on request by completing an on-line form or by phoning freecall 1800 351 180.
PIM - the Property Data Warehouse The data available in PIM includes a number of well known references. The Sales & Leasing Monitor on a national basis or for any individual state can be combined with the Valuer General sales data, the EAC Multilist results covering private treaty sales in Sydney and regional towns, and the NSW Realty Auctioneer the best and longest standing source of residential auction results. These three sources of data will give you the most comprehensive and reliable database - up to 15,000 sales records delivered every month - houses, terraces, flats & units, offices, factories, shops and land sales. Sales & Leasing Monitor Example:
Each listing
includes the address of the property, description, sale price, passed in highest bid, and
many records include the number of bedrooms and listing agent. The service includes a
monthly update and an easy to use, Windows based software package providing powerful
search facilities. You can export to a spreadsheet for further analysis or to a word
processor for inclusion in your reports. The software allows you to edit the monthly
delivered sales and to add your own records including sold, for sale and valuations. A
free demonstration CD is available on request by completing an on-line form or by phoning freecall 1800 351 180. Realty Auctioneer Example: EAC Multilist Result Example:
After conducting a search all matching records are displayed in list format as displayed in the Data Set example above. These summary listings can be sorted by street address, name, suburb, date, price etc by simply by clicking on the appropriate column header. These records can be printed, sent to your word processor for inclusion in a report or spreadsheet (Excel or Lotus) for analyses. Add Your Own Information: Technical Information: We recommend a Windows 95+ workstation with 32 megabytes of RAM, a 1.2 gigabyte hard-drive and CD Rom minimum. The base version of PIM requires 50 megabytes of hard-drive space. A small state will require less than 100 megabytes, a large state around 200 megabytes. The full version of PIM with all data available will need up to 2 gigabytes of hard drive space. An easy to load demonstration CD is available on request by completing an on-line form or by phoning freecall 1800 351 180.
